Will Scoops documentation ever get updated?

I'd like to share something with you. Yesterday, I tasked one of my best people with seeing if Xaraya and Scoop would coexist on the same server together. Xaraya setup took about an hour. Scoop never got installed. This is, in large part, due to the fact that no one will sit down and update the documentation. Is that acceptible? Since I'm posting this log without checking with people first, I'm changing the names to protect privacy. Here's the IRC log of her frustration.
