Logout stalled for IE 5.5

don't know if its just me or other have this experience. IE stalled for ~10 seconds for logout. but mozilla do not.
client specification:
Browser: IE 5.5 (5.50.4134.0100)
OS: Microsoft Windows ME, Traditional Chinese (4.90.3000) & Microsoft Windows 98 Second Edition 4.10.2222 A

| i add "KeepAlive Off" to my apache + mod_perl configure file, then IE 5.5 won't stall again. hope this information help others.
system configuration:
- Linux 2.4.20
- gcc version 2.95.3 20010315 (release)
- perl, v5.8.0 built for i586-linux
- Apache/1.3.28-dev (Unix) mod_perl/1.27_01-dev
- mysql 3.23.55
