Simple Themes Mod Developer Diary

I needed to be able to have a different look and feel for a particular section and the stories that go along with that section.

What this mod does is override the default template for an section and the default template for the  story op.

You can check out my mod by going to http://www.mrrc.net and http://www.mrrc.net/oqp . Compare the different looks for the stories in the oqp section vs. all the other sections.

Looks good (none / 0) (#1)

Did you do that with the themes support in the CVS version of Scoop? Or did you hack something in yourself to get the over-ride done? It looks like something that could be done with the theme support pretty easily, though I haven't messed with it enough to remember if the section over-ride applies to stories in that section. In any case, what you've done came out good, and shows what Scoop can do.
