Can users change their own stories? Feature Requests

I would like the users to be able to change their own stories after posting. Is that possible without letting them change all stories?

Right now, this is not possible.  If the user is an editor (i.e. if they have the story_admin permssion) they are allowed to edit any stories.  It's an incomplete solution, and is a feature that I will work on shortly.  But I would be more than happy if you would write it for me!
