Add images, background tints, sounds, etc

It would be nice to be able to + add a small graphic, a thumbnail link, etc, to stories. + being able to choose a shade or tint for the background colour when submitting stories. + mouse over image changes and mouse over sounds. This would add more variety to each site and should only be used in certain stories where it is relevant. Queue's are currently blocking text not correctly formatted, and so users could simply preview the image, within the story and continue to vote as per usual. Editors can make any final touches or adjustments if needed. Maybe files could be uploaded, when submitting stories and with some filtering image size limits may also be set. Surely scoop will need to integrate multimedia basics like this.
