I thought maybe it was just me. Opera used to work against K5 and other scoop sites; then, one day, it stopped. It doesn't seem to be just me. Other Opera users have reported they can't use Radio Free Tomorrow, and one of them has tested against K5 as well with the same results. The symptoms: users can't stay logged in -- changing pages drops their login; and users can't post anonymous while not logged in -- they get the form key error.

Strange Behaviour (none / 0) (#1)

I only use Opera for certain sites that don't work well with Mozilla or Konqueror, but I tried posting a comment to your story in Opera TP2 on Linux. As I wrote in the comment text box all I got were strange characters. Oddly, I could write real text in the "Subject" field. If I try to post a new dev note, I can write in the "Subject" field but not in the Intro Copy ot Extended copy.

However, I am able to stay logged in when changing pages at Scoop.k5. I wasn't able to test this at your site - seems to be timing out. I'll try it out when you're back up again.

My site's having some very serious issues that I'm having trouble tracking down. I was on the road allday today, which didn't help matters. I'm just thankful my in-laws have cable modem...

It's been suggested that the bug may be related to the system clock, either on my client system or on the server. Sure enough, I noticed the server was off by a wide margin (somehow, I'd managed to uninstall ntp). I haven't had an opportunity to confirm that this fixes it, however, since I'm travelling at the moment.
