preview bug when submitting story

not sure if this is the right place for bugs on kuro5hin, but its what i could find. i'm running into a bug that when i try to preview a story i'm post to kuro5hin i get taken to the front page (www.kuro5hin.org) rather then a preview of my story. this could potentially be because it was a rather long compilation of links destined for MLP. perhaps the story was too long? thanks, worldbeat

What browser are you using? It could be a cache issue or other somesuch problem if it's an older browser or a browser which is young in development.

When you say "kinda long", how long exactly (or... umm... approximately exactly). K5 has a hardwired apache limit of 45K for POST requests, and I think I've seen this behavior too when I've exceeded the limit. Do you have a copy of the text around to do a size count on? Or, if not, does it still do it on a very short submission? You can try it out in your diary if you're not sure-- it's the same code.
