Search DoS fix

Signal 11 pointed out that the result count on a search could be arbitrarily set by the user, so a few concurrent searches with 100,000 results would probably be able to overwhelm anyone's server. I added a limit to the results request that makes it return 50 results if results >= 50, and 1 if it's <=1, to avoid this. In CVS now.
