obscure formatting problem Bugs

I just installed netscape 7 today and noticed a problem with my site..

Well, something terrible has happened and since I haven't touched the configuration for months I assume it was broken a long time ago.. The way the html displays is totally broken with Netscape 7. I use Opera and Netscape 4 alot and it always appeared normal in those browsers.. Could someone please help me locate the problem? The url of the site is http://www.netalarms.com and I've got some screenshots so that you can see what I'm talking about.. See Netscape 4.79 view and then look at Netscape 7 brain damage. I am sure it's something stupid I did way back last year but I can't figure it out. Thanks Len

I think I've seen this (none / 0) (#2)

Well, sort of. I had my titles get way too tall as well, but the text was centred vertically. What I think happened is that because the boxes along the right side of the screen are in a "rowspan" table cell, the browser in some cases will try to distribute vertical space evenly between the rows beside the "rowspan" - which, if you don't have many stories on the index page, means that the title row gets a lot more vertical space than it should.

I think that this obscure formatting problem has to be eliminated as soon as possible. The https://www.tor.com/members/amelia_gold/ were telling me about it and they gave a possible scenario as well. You should consider looking at it.
