just finsished my site for writers. it's a pretty simplified scoop site. http://www.construct-d.org

not much to add. i removed a ton of the user functionality, but aside from that, it's not too far removed from a traditional scoop site. the big thing was to make it a little more user friendly, a littl less cluttered, as well.
