Feature Request: User Stats

It'd be nice to have another page linked from the "User Info" page that consisted of stats about the user's activity on the scoop site - join date, number of comments posted, number of comments rated, number of stories submitted/accepted, number of diary entries, etc.

| I know this is possible because Inoshiro was doing this manually to the k5 database and posting the results on IRC. =] It shouldn't be too much overhead either as long as it's on a separate page that has to be specifically requested by the user, since it's unlikely people will request stats continuously (as opposed to putting it on the User Info page itself or on the sidebar of the user's front page, where the stats would have to be calculated considerably more often).
It might also be nice to have some aggregate stats for the entire scoop site, possibly updated daily or weekly or something - total comments, total ratings, total stories submitted/posted, total diary entries, etc. Hell once you have that you can pretty trivially get averages of comments per day and such. And while I'm requesting stats, a "top 30 comment posters" (and top raters/storyposters/diarywriters/etc.) similar to the ones common for IRC channels would be interesting as well (possibly ignoring comments rated lower than 1 so as to discourage spamming). |
