Email Digest for scoop Developer Diary

Just emailed rusty and hurstdog a skeleton code for implementing an email digest feature for scoop. Got to work a lot more on it. The most difficult part will be to integrate it with the present implementation of scoop. Let's see what rusty and hurstdog thinks about the idea and the code.

This might be my last new hack on scoop for some days. Got to concetrate of my official project. Supervisor coming back on next Monday. Got to show him something :)

I hope something like that can get implemented. Even if it's just story titles and links. That would be a great way to encourage participation in a small site, and let people get an easy fix with large sites.

Email digest method should be accessible and feasible to many of the people.They should buy thesis papers regarding the various type of email digest system.
